Game is not running

Game is not running. I've tried to change the compatibility settings but it didn't work. When I try to run it, a black screen appears and kicks me to desktop after a second. There is no audio or something there just a black screen for a second. I couldn't fix it and I really want to play, it means a lot. Please help me
