If you can't get your account back, you can try contacting EA Help Support. I see you mentioned that you contacted them via chat, but you couldn't pass the verification process. Unfortunately, if you're unable to provide the information required for the verification process, there's nothing further we can do for you regarding recovering the account here at the forums.
