Help!!!!! EA games mostly unplayable and EA support is frustrating

So my problem(besides actually being able to get answers to my issue through EA) is that my EA account for my Xbox gamertag is linked to both an  email that was closed due to fraud (cspowe**@gmail.com) AND an old phone number(83233074**)

I need to link my gamertag,Simpul Frank, to my new email address and need be new phone number. 

extremely frustrating because EA support leads you in circles.
