How can I play SPORE online over the internet?

Hello, I'm not using Steam and Origin version of SPORE + GA this time, but I have a problem. I was trying to register to SPORE but "An unknown error has occured during registration. Please try again" displays, I have tried to delete Login File, block the firewall, using the fix tools and never works!

Have an better Idea guys?
