how do i get to register my spore game, I already have an account
I just install Spore on my computer, Try using a origin Account, but it won't register my game

It depends on what kind of Spore version you use.

The digital download was bought through Origin or Steam,
or the physical version (CD)
The physical version must be converted from a hard copy key on an online key
The Steam Digital Version must be manually to link on their account
In both ways you must contact a Game Advisor, they will be able to help
