How i swich my game progress with a past from a old play?

Once, i was playing, but my computer had problem and need to get reset, i get back the paste from the game, but how i do to continue that progress on the game, get back a backup or swich the game paste on steam?

    Hi @Finn_Lopes 

    I do not know how it works on Steam. Regularly you should back up all folders of Spore.

    Directory
    AppData \ Roaming \ SPORE
    Documents> My Spore Creations

    Once you have the game open, replace the content in the spore folder with your own  old data.

    It should be there your old game again!
