How To Contact EA Games and/or Is the Spore server Really Running in 2023

How can I contact EA Games or Spore Help about the Spore server?

I live in New Zealand so phone is not an option.

No matter how hard I look I cannot find any email form or button allowing me to submit a ticket or talk to customer service or send an email. Pages such as https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ as suggested in forums just redirect to the main Help page in a circular argument.

My actual issue is with the Spore server. I bought Spore via Steam and it does not play. I have used the EA website to make an account and even a Spore account but when trying to log in on the game, it says:

"There was an error connecting to the Spore servers. Your computer might be offline or your internet connection may be having problems. Check your connection or visit Spore.com for additional assistance or server status."

Now, My computer is online and my internet connection is great. Spore.com no longer has its own help pages and I can't find anything on the Spore page about its server status.

This page https://pingserverstatus.com/spore.php says the Spore server is working.

This page https://www.gamebezz.com/status/spore--1/#status says the Spore server is working.

But I just keep getting the same error.

What gives?
