How to find Spore C&C CD key (Mac)

I've previously purchased the 'Creepy and Cute' expansion on Origin, as well as Galactic adventures.

Yes, I know Origin's C&C isn't available on Mac (I didn't know that at the time of buying). As many other people here that means I never managed to install it using Origin. However despite that, I noticed that C&C did get added to my Spore.com account.

I now would like to try to install it manually on Mac, without Origin. For that though I need the CD key of the EA origin product I legally purchased. 

It's pretty easy to find the CD key for Spore and Galactic Adventures via the Origin Launcher, but how do I find the C&C key if Origin won't install it?? It seems you only get the Origin information about CD key after actually completing the install. Since C&C can't be installed via Origin on Mac, that means there's no option in the launcher to retrieve the key from. And no luck getting it from 'Order history' either.

I've contacted an EA advisor to ask him/her to retrieve the CD key for me. Here's the answer I got back: 'If the purchase was made on origin then there will be no CDkey or game code it will direct add to origin account'. This seems plain wrong, since Spore and GA still came with CD keys. The second advisor I asked didn't even bother to reply.

Anyone here know how I can self-help to get my CD key?

Is this advisor correct and Origin C&C is somehow different from Origin GA?

Is there something I can tell the EA advisor on where he/she can go to get the C&C CD key for me?
