I can't connect spore to online(neither on Origin or Steam) - unknown error

I can't create a new spore account in the initial screen.Every time I get an "unknown error" (using spore on Origin).I have the same problem on steam.It is not an internet problem(because when I type a wrong password for example,I get another error)

Are the servers down.Is there any way to connect spore online?
