Enter the license code of the game in the origin account, if you have not done so earlier. Download the origin, log into your account and download the game directly through it.
Did you enter your email and password correctly?

Greetings. Did you manage to log into your account? If you have a long password (more than 12 characters), change it to a simpler one. It's just that the game can't let you log in for this reason too.
