I cant register a new account

Hi,I have a major problem with registering a new spore account. Every time I try to register one I get an unknown error any solutions to this problem?&nbsp;

Hello. I'm having a similar problem. When I try to login/register an account, it says my network is not connected when it is. Any solutions?
