I cant register a new account

Hi,

I have a major problem with registering a new spore account. Every time I try to register one I get an unknown error any solutions to this problem?

    What error do you get when you try to create an account? What platform are you running the game on? What steps have you tried?

    i have the problem too, "An unknown error occured during registration"

    Hello. I'm having a similar problem. When I try to login/register an account, it says my network is not connected when it is. Any solutions?
