I found some games, it's not includes in service updates list

Today i check Service updates and don't find this games:  - Black and white 2 expansion pack, -Harry Potter and order to phoenix, -Sims life stories, -sims pet stories, -sims Castaway stories, ...

    If the codes are not accepted by the EA app then I'm sorry to say but there would be nothing that we can do to assist with this.

    You will not be able to add the games to your account if they are not supported.

Due to numerous reasons, older games may not longer be playable and when this occurs they will not be purchasable or available on the EA app. 

Games that predate Origin and the EA app may work if you own a code for the game but may not be redeemable.

Yes i have codes and i want add in my EA account, please help me, because advisors don't have some functions
