Im trying to redeem my dead space games owned on steam but it simply does not work and all the links and pages Ive gone through I have 0 options of actually contacting any support!I have games on steam that I cannot redeem on EA due to some bug and no way to get help!

Please note that not all of the EA Games purchased through Steam can be redeemed on the EA app. If you've purchased them on Steam, you might need to download and install them directly from Steam and link your accounts: Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account.
If you're still having any problems accessing your games, please let us know what exactly is happening and, if possible, provide screenshots of the error messages.
