Is EA support chat broken or nonfunctional? Need specific webbrowser?

I've been having this issue since 6 months and I'm locked out of my account 😅

Sorry to hear that! Funny that a store has a non functional way to contact them. I really thought that buying from a official store would work, but i guess i should have learned from my issues with samsung store(however samsung actually fixed everything in the end but it was a struggle) Possibly that a 7$ extra payment to EA i the EA shareholder gains.... 

Note to myself is to use any other store than EA's own store i guess. I should have bought the dlc's on the winter sale from Steam...

That doesnt even fix the problem for me, I bought the stuff from steam and my account got somehow deactivated, so now I can't relink my steam account and I basically locked out from any (past and future) EA game

Yeah, thats true...you are forced to log into EA so it doesnt really matter in your case. For me it would have saved me a little. I guess i need to refute the charge to my creditcard company and they will most likely rule in my favour as EA support is non existant so if they need to contact EA they will not get back to them eiter.

Its amazing that the support is just not available for a huge company like this. They probably made everyone "redudant" and AI chatbots has taken over to make shareholders happier. Keystores with way less revenue and money have pretty swift answers, even a very shade one that did a similar thing to EA and didnt deliver.
