Issues with EA Help and Getting a Copy of Spore on the EA App
I'll be honest I've seriously tried everything so far in the live chat rooms, I spoke with 5 different people and as I got through them, I tried something different each time, to try and convince them. I own the game on steam (it cannot be refunded its at 20 hours playtime and I have both dlcs purchased) And when trying to ask them for a copy on the EA App, all 5 times I was told that I could get a copy over on EA, but it would revoke my steam access! I want to keep using the steam version but they want to take my license away and put it on their launcher instead. It feels sort of frustrating and unfair since I legally own the steam version of the game, but I need a proper solution as this seems like a relatively new issue that nobody has had yet. I've tried convincing them I want to keep my Steam license of the game yet they just insist I agree to transferring it over to the EA App, One of them even said I wouldn't even get both of my DLC that I purchased along side the game. It may be an issue with the deal i bought it with (I bought it in the base game + both dlcs bundle) but seriously I just want to make an account for this game, yet they want to give me such a hard time on the help chat. Can anybody here help me? I'd greatly appreciate it. And yes if your wondering I went through and gave them my info and stuff, But when they tell me what they can do, its always been "you can only play on the EA App and you won't be able to play it on Steam"
