live chat unreachable

I need help with my account since my email address is no longer available for verification(it was created long time ago, with a deprecated phone number I used to have). On EA help page, I clicked start chat and it shows 9 mins estimated waiting time but after filling out my info it shows return to home page EA help. What happened? Am I banned from using live chat? No chatting window popped.
