NHL PC, cloud

Why isn't NHL on PC? A lot of people don't have consoles and play sports games... FIFA and Madden are on PC, NHL isn't... It's only possible to play via Xbox cloud, but the season is added there before the new season is released.. Ok, I get that fewer people play it than competitive sports, but at least put it on the Xbox cloud much earlier than in May.
