Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Content

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with Mass Effect Andromeda. Despite owning the game, I am unable to access online features (e.g., multiplayer).

To resolve this, I have already taken the following steps on both my laptop and desktop:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
• Repaired the game through the EA app.

Unfortunately, the problem persists on both systems.

Could you please check my account permissions and let me know if there’s a known issue or if further action is needed on my end? I would appreciate any guidance to restore online access.
