need reset license,somebody help

Hello EA Support,
I am currently unable to launch Mirror’s Edge due to a DRM/device activation limit issue.
After a recent hardware change (motherboard replacement) and system reinstall, the game is now blocked and I receive an activation limit / DRM-related error when trying to start it.
I have already tried the following:
Reinstalling EA App / game
Logging out and back into my EA account
Restarting the system
Verifying game files
However, the issue persists.
My previous activations seem to still be tied to old hardware, and I believe my device authorizations need to be reset on the account side.
Could you please reset my activation/device limit or re-authorize my account for this game?
