Merge Academy locks at Atrium Screen in the APPLE section of the game

Completed a section in Merge Academy and when it opened the next level with the bubbles (Section is after the castle in the Apple Level) the screen locked.  Cannot click on the 1st bubble. Cannot go back to prior levels.  have to exit out of the game completely.  Trying to report the problem is also difficult.  Took be 40 minutes to find this link to hopefully report the problem.  Would appreciate any fix or help I can get to continue playing this game.  Thank you.
