Bejew Stars Level 334 Won’t Unlock After Level 333 (iPhone, iOS 26.5.2, v4.2.2)
I’m hoping someone from EA or another player has seen this before. I’m playing Bejeweled Stars v4.2.2 on an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 26.5.2. My progress is saved using Apple ID (not Facebook). I completed Level 333 with 3 stars, and the game recognizes it as completed. If I tap Level 333, it opens the normal “Level Complete” screen. However, Level 334 never unlocked. The strange part is: Level 334 is visible on the map, but tapping it does absolutely nothing. The rest of the island appears normally. My Island Progress is tracked correctly. I have well over 400 total stars, so this is not a star requirement issue. I’ve already tried: Force-closing the app Restarting my iPhone Replaying Level 333 multiple times Confirming the app is updated (v4.2.2) Checking that my save is synced with Apple ID Tapping Level 334 repeatedly and from different map positions Nothing has worked. This appears to be a progression bug where the game records Level 333 as complete but never triggers the unlock for Level 334. Has anyone experienced this or found a workaround? If an EA moderator sees this, I’d appreciate any help with repairing the progression on my account, as I’m currently unable to continue the game despite completing the required level. I play Bejeweled Stars on iPhone. I beat level 934 on Sunday 07/05 and it will NOT let me advance to the next level. I have tried every single recommended troubleshooting step under the sun via Forums and recommended by support. If there's troubleshooting to be done, I have already done it. It's to the point where I seriously am considering deleting this game because it is no longer providing me an escape for when I'm stressed, it has become my source of stress. I was playing and the game suddenly crashed, when I rebooted it, all my saves were gone ingame but still appeared in the files, I searched through the metadata of the files via HxD and there were no signs of corruption, a crash log in the files mentioned something about the game's memory failing, so what do I do?PvZ GW2 Currency Not Saving
I have attempted several times to purchase the in-game currency in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, with the intent to open card packs. Each time I run into the same issue. I purchase the coins, they appear in game, I open a pack, and they are reduced to the pre-purchase amount. For example, I currently have about 10,500 coins. If I buy 120,000 more, I see my in-game currency appropriately increase to 130,500. If I then purchase a card pack for 75,000, it is reduced to 10,500 again. That math doesn't check out, and no matter what I do the currency doesn't seem to want to save correctly. I tried purchasing the currency through both Steam and the EA store numerous times. I have had tickets opened with both Steam's support and EA, and while I've been able to get refunds, I still can't buy the currency. Has anyone else run into this? What should I do? I bought Spore on steam back on June 30th, 2023, during an online sale, and I had honestly thought nothing of it until trying to get connected to the official Spore servers. I have tried every method in their help logs, attempted to find the CD keys manually, and yesterday, had tried to contact their online support chat. The two times i had managed to connect to someone, the first person had said that there was nothing they could do and to raise the issue to Valve. The second one was just as unhelpful, and had even suggested I break Steam's TOS by refunding the game and using the money to buy it on EA's servers. I can't refund the game on Steam, both because i have over 2 hours registered onto the game itself, and I've had it for much, much longer than 14 days. I had even sent an email to EA directly, and haven't gotten a single response. I just want to connect to the EA servers, and every other method has failed me catastrophically. I'm tired of fighting, I just want my online connectivity so I can share the freaks I've made with the Spore community.REPEATED "CONNECTION LOST" HAPPENING FOR MY ONLINE DYNASTY
literally after a few minutes, i "lose connection" to the EA servers & get kicked to the main menu. my internet is perfectly fine, i even have my PS5 hooked to a LAN cable so there's zero issues on my end. i restarted my system then it just kept happening. i check the EA servers & it says everything is operational. can someone PLEASE fix this ASAP. i cant play my online dynasty without this nonsense happening randomly. i was in the middle of a game & then it says i lost connections to the ea servers, to kick me to the main menu & when i press RT to log back in, it connects no problem.... then i go back into dynasty & my progress in the game is gone. this is ridiculous man.
