Unable to register Spore/Access Spore online features even from EA Play
I originally purchased the game on Steam, but I reached out to EA support and they were able to add the game to my EA library after I showed proof of purchase. I launch and play the game through the EA Play application now. However, I am still unable to log in/register the game to an online account, so I can't access the online Spore features. I have also tried the EA Chat With Us tab & emailing support but have gotten nowhere. Is there a fix for this?
Licence Limit reached for LOTR Conquest
I’m trying to replay The Lord of the Rings: Conquest on PC but keep getting the “Licence Limit Reached” error. I have a physical copy and a valid CD key. I’ve tried EA’s deauthorization tool, clearing SecuROM data, reinstalling as admin, and using compatibility mode. EA Support hasn’t responded. Is there any way to reset old activations or bypass this issue? I’d really appreciate any help from the community or staff. Thanks!
Fight Night Champion Term and Condition
I recently got Fight Night Champion to play against my friend but unfortunately every time I try to login in it always appears “Unable to retrieve the EA™ Terms and Conditions at this time. You will not be able to sign online until you accept the EA™ Terms and Conditions.” I tried logging in other EA games to accept nothing happens. Hard reset nothing happens. How come my friend can play the online version and I can’tI have lost 3 matches in a row due to your servers
I have lost 3 matches in a row due to your serves its so annoying i cant lie its like you guys dont want me to win every time i win i make a come back you destroy my game its annoying and its pissing me off and its not my internet, servers are trash just trash quit doing this to us it really makes us enjoy less the game it’s annoying i have a group of more than 200 people behind me the only reason am saying this its because it annoying i want my points back you cant ending my games for nothing while i have good internet
EA Games Not Starting
Hi all, A few years ago, I tried to mod SW Battlefront II after watching a video on it. This was a mistake. I realised that this could go against the rules of the game and so I removed the mods. However, since then, most games (except Sims 4) no longer load on my computer. When I run the games they either don't run or they say I need to repair the files. i have tried to fix this by running the repair options on both EA and steam (which is where most of them are from) and reinstalling the games/launchers. Nothing has worked. I decided to come here to see if there is something I can do to fix this that I dont know about, would love if someone could help :) Thanks!
Bejeweled app ad bug
I’m encountering a bug on the Bejeweled Classic iPhone app regarding banner ads. While playing zen mode, I typically listen to music or a podcast simultaneously through another app. The issue is that each time the banner ad changes, it will pause the music/podcast, like an override. It only seems to happen with certain ads or groups of ads. I’m able to play both game and music uninterrupted for a while until these specific ads show up. Please fix this - I love bejeweled but I also want to listen to my music at the same time.
