Spore Steam Login "Internet Failed" Error - Received as Gift in 2019
Hello Community Managers, I am trying to log into the Spore game servers using my Steam copy but am blocked by the infamous "internet failed" loop. I recently reset my password to 8 characters, but my EA profile is missing the backend game entitlement required to complete the login handshake. I contacted EA Live Chat support multiple times, but because I received this game as a legitimate Steam Gift back in 2019, I do not possess a standard storefront invoice ID. The chat advisors are bound by a script that requires a financial transaction receipt, and they told me my only option is to track down the person who gifted me the game, which is impossible since I am no longer in contact with them. I have full, uncropped web browser screenshots of my official Steam Help Portal (proving Spore is in my permanent library) and my Steam Account Licenses ledger showing the 2019 gift activation. Could a Community Manager please review my account and manually grant the Spore server entitlement so I can finally log in? I am happy to provide my screenshots to a staff member via DM. Thank you so much.34Views0likes1CommentGame crash causes Blue Screen / System Restart

I’m hoping someone from EA or another player has seen this before. I’m playing Bejeweled Stars v4.2.2 on an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 26.5.2. My progress is saved using Apple ID (not Facebook). I completed Level 333 with 3 stars, and the game recognizes it as completed. If I tap Level 333, it opens the normal “Level Complete” screen. However, Level 334 never unlocked. The strange part is: Level 334 is visible on the map, but tapping it does absolutely nothing. The rest of the island appears normally. My Island Progress is tracked correctly. I have well over 400 total stars, so this is not a star requirement issue. I’ve already tried: Force-closing the app Restarting my iPhone Replaying Level 333 multiple times Confirming the app is updated (v4.2.2) Checking that my save is synced with Apple ID Tapping Level 334 repeatedly and from different map positions Nothing has worked. This appears to be a progression bug where the game records Level 333 as complete but never triggers the unlock for Level 334. Has anyone experienced this or found a workaround? If an EA moderator sees this, I’d appreciate any help with repairing the progression on my account, as I’m currently unable to continue the game despite completing the required level. Thank you!150Views0likes10CommentsEA Account locked 5 years - verification keeps failing (Xbox)
Hoping a mod can help me get this escalated properly. My Xbox gamertag is permanently linked to an EA Account that is registered to my old high school email address. The school decommissioned that mailbox years ago. I want to be clear about one thing up front, because this gets misdiagnosed every single time I ask for help: I CAN receive password resets. They come through to my phone number and to my other email addresses. I have reset the password many times. Resetting is not the problem. The problem is what happens after that. On Xbox, launching an EA game returns "your login credentials have expired," and I still cannot get into the email. When I contact support to get the registered email updated to an address I actually use, I'm put through an identity verification step — and that step has failed three or four times across roughly five phone calls over five years. The question I'm always asked is to name a game I purchased on the account. I answer with games I genuinely bought and played, and I'm told the answer failed verification. I've never been told which detail was wrong or given a way to supply different evidence. For context: this account worked normally for years. I still have physical discs for games I played on it, including Battlefield 1 and Rainbow Six Siege. Then one day it simply stopped working, with no warning and no notice from EA. One more detail that may be relevant: on the Xbox side, my profile appears associated with my current Gmail address, but the EA side still shows the old school address. The two don't match, and I have no way to change the EA side. What I'm asking for: 1. To have the registered email on the EA Account updated to an address I control. 2. To be verified using something other than the name-a-purchased-game question, since that has now failed several times. 3. A case number, so I'm not starting from zero on the next attempt. What I can provide privately: proof that I control the linked Xbox gamertag, the original registered email address, physical game discs in my possession, in-game details from when the account was active, and approximate purchase history from that period. I understand account details can't be discussed publicly. I'm just trying to reach someone who can look at this properly instead of restarting the same verification loop. Five years is a long time to be locked out of games I paid for. Thanks.46Views0likes1CommentJade Empire Unplayable

PvZ Garden Warfare 2 on Xbox has exactly 49 DLC gifts stuck in the Sticker Shop. Selecting the gifts permanently hangs on “Stocking the Sticker Shop.” I have already fully restarted the game and Xbox, removed/reinstalled the DLC, and cleared the local save data. The problem persists. I own the GW2 DLC packs, and the 49 gifts are inaccessible. Please investigate whether the DLC gift queue can be reset/cleared server-side.
