UFC5 evolution points not being added for progressing
Hi, UFC5 evolution points bug. I purchased game (dvd copy) and worked properly for short time. After a day my evolution points stuck on 6100 points and whatever I do don’t add anymore to my total. Completing in game challenges, fight both- online and offline shows notifications for evolution points earned but none of these are added to my total that remains still 6100. Contacted psn - advised to contact EA support as on their end all is ok and it is in game issue. Contacted several times EA and no help at all. UFC5 game is showing in my EA account correctly and they can’t check in game anyway. Advised to post on forum and this is my only hope. Please help as playing UFC5 without progressing with evolution points is pretty much pointless. FYI - re-installation of game and cache of PS5 cleaning are not helping. Both PS5 and game with most recent updates.
Battlefront 2 progress reset
Logged into battle front yesterday and all my cards were locked and some of my classes were reset to level 1. My heavy was level 980. Now I’m back at level one. It shows some of my characters still at level 100 or 223 but I’m missing like 80k credits and I’ve tried re installing the game closing it and opening it multiple times over three days now and. Nothing. I do not have it in me to restart all over again that’s years of progress just gone.
EA Help Live Chat Don’t See
I contacted the live support representative from the help page a few hours ago. However, when I want to connect to live support, I can no longer see the live support button. Only articles appear. However, when I log out of my account, that is, when I click on the same problem without logging into any account, I see the live support button. So when I log in to my account, the live support button disappears. Did an error occur in my account because I connected to live support a few hours ago? Could there be a restriction? Could there be a rule that you can connect once a day?
The Path to Ranked Challenge is resetting.
The Path to Ranked Challenge is resetting. Even though I had completed the Path to Ranked Challenge up to the "Graduate" stage, it suddenly reset to the very first stage. Many other people have reported the same bug, and the devs need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is a critical issue for the game.
Having trouble with EA Support
I've made a case about trying to unlink an EA account from my steam because it has been compromised, but everytime it makes me wait for an agent then all of a sudden after maybe around 30 minutes the case closes and apparently they've been chatting me but on the chat box it said I was 99+ in queue or something. This has been happening since yesterday and I need help on this
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Part 1 2 code in 1 account
Hello guys! I would like to report an issue with the reedeming code system in this game. I already had 1 copy of this game and i added to my EA game library succesfully. Thankfully I found another physical copy of the game and I wanted to check if the serial key is reedemed or not on the platform. Unfortunatelly your system not saying anything about it, and you can add 2 licence key to 1 account. I don't wanted that and this is not possible on other platforms. You can't add 2 licence key to your account on Steam etc, because what's the point of it? Can you guys remove the second licence key and it is possible that the second code going to be alive again? It's going to be a gift to my brother... Thank you.
Games keep crashing
My games on EA app keep crashing without an error. It started on EA FC. It kept crashing mid game and never got any error. the game just closed. Thought it had something to do with an EA FC update. But now I tried playing Battlefield 2042 and after playing for a bit it crashed without an error. Both games seem to crash around the same time. PC specs if that matters: CPU: Intel i5-12600K, RAM: 32 GB, GPU: GeForce RTX 4060 Ti.
