msvcr.dll

Whenever i try to open spore i get the error message "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" but reinstalling did not help, just to say in my Sporebin folder the MSVCR71.dll file is present so i don't really know what to do. For ayone wondering the error is a Spore.exe - System Error.
