My Steam Is Not Showing CD KEY on my Steam LIBRARY for spore I right Click and no CD KEY POP UP

Steam Support will be unable to help you, as they are no longer allowed to issue CD keys due to a new EA policy.
You will need to contact EA support, they can grant the entitlement. Make sure you have your Steam purchase receipt.
