NHL26 Missing content

Hi

Has this happened to anyone? 

 I've bought nhl points, tried to open a pack said the purchase couldnt be completed so I tried to buy it again, it worked but I got deducted the points amount 2x but only received one pack.. thats a frustrating situation to be in.. hopefully theres a solution to make it right because right now im kinda left empty handed...any feedback would be appreciated..
