No emails from EA

Question

I tried to find ways to contact a human EA support but i cant find where, i get absolutely no emails from ea. I can log in but I cant link it with steam where i can only log in with password which i forgot, and yes i checked all theres no issues with my email.

Are you able to log into your account anywhere or is it a case that you cannot log in as you don't remember specific details?
