I have tried all of the solutions on 2 different PC's....
I'm running the game via the EA APP and it loads until it gets to the main menu. I've checked admin permissions, I've repaired the game, I've uninstalled/reinstalled. I have cleared cache. It did work a few times when I first got it but now it won't load.

I've chatted with 2 1st level support who transfered me to 2nd level. The case was set to not resolveable so EA can't fix it. I asked for the $6 refund and they said no. So EA support can't fix it and won't refund $6. Just have to laugh how greedy EA is.
Community ManagerI completely understand your frustration. It’s incredibly disappointing when a game won't load, and having a refund request turned down on top of that is really disheartening.
Because we're on the public forums, I don't have access to your account or billing tools to issue refunds. Normally, our refund policy (the Great Game Guarantee) allows returns within 24 hours of first launching the game or within 14 days of purchase if it hasn't been played.

yes, I would definitely love to get this game working for the profile that I have now. Because as I said other profiles, the game works fine. It’s just this profile that for some reason will not work with this game. If you can get that fixed that would be fantastic.

To make sure we're on the same page, when you mention "profiles," do you mean different Windows user logins on your PC, or different EA accounts?
