Off-speed Hitter trait does the opposite of what it says

Summarize your bug The "Off-speed Hitter" trait does not appear to function as described. Instead of providing a boost to power and contact when swinging at off-speed pitches, it instead appears to *reduce* contact (and potentially power, but it is hard to judge) when swinging at off-speed pitches.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Swing at an off-speed pitch with any player with the "Off-speed Hitter" trait and pay attention to the size of the reticle.
What happens when the bug occurs? The batting reticle decreases in size dramatically when swinging at off-speed pitches only with players that have this trait. It does not appear to be a visual bug only as I have completely whiffed on near-misses with Juice Jackson on the Jacks, who has such a high contact score that he should make contact on such pitches, especially if off-speed hitter was working properly.
What do you expect to see? I expect players with the "Off-speed Hitter" trait to have a boost to contact and power when swinging at off-speed pitches, and expect the batting reticle to increase in size when swinging at such pitches.

Players with this trait are severely hampered by this bug. They are overrated by the game when they're actually almost unusable because of the bug.
