Old Simcity 4 Deluxe CD version redeem on EA desktop application
I have an old Simcity 4 Deluxe issued on CD. How it is possible to add this old game into my EA game library? I tried to "redeem code" in my desktop EA client but it does not work.

Since this game was released before Origin and the EA App existed, the code included in the box may not be redeemable on those platforms.
To continue playing, please try inserting the disc and installing the game directly from it, as was required at the time of purchase.
You can also try contacting EA Help to see if they’re able to add the game to your account using the code. However, please note that this isn’t guaranteed.
