Origin Account DLC Help
Hello,
I was sent to post here by EA Support Sankalp about an issue am having with getting the Dr. Pepper bot parts added to my sporepedia/origin account.
He said that he and his team do not have access to add it, and that I was to post it here, that the community managers can add it to my sporepedia account, so I can upload my creations.
-My origin account ID is: Velken_Iakov
-I still have the code from my Dr. Pepper bottle
-I've tried contacting Dr. Pepper support for an activation key, they told me that they are unable to do so anymore and that I was to contact EA Support.
I've been playing this game since 2008, got it on the release day.
I was told that the original installer I have doesn't add it to my account due to the server migration.

Unfortunately, we are in the same boat as the EA advisor. There is no longer have the ability to add content for Spore.
