planets not reappearing
my sister's planets reappear but mine don't. i tried the repair on origin but it doesn't get my planets back. help

Open up a file explorer. Click on the path and type in %appdata%. You should be able to see a "Spore" Folder, double click on that. Then, there should be a "Games" Folder, double click on that. You should now see "Game0" and "Game0.old" folders. If you looked in the game0 and saw nothing, try looking in the game0.old. They should be in that folder for a backup in case they are deleted. If they are in game0.old, press "Ctrl A" on your keyboard to select everything, then press "CTRL C" to copy. Once you have done that, go back to Game0, and press "Ctrl V" to paste the files there.
