Pls help

My season 6 rewards did not arrive in my account, I tried many times but I think it was a bug

I wanted to check in and see how you were getting on with this. Were you able to get help recovering your rewards? 

If not, I can try to offer advice to help point you in the best direction for assistance. It'd help to know what game this is happening in and what the rewards are.
