Project Cars 3 servers are offline on PS4/PS5

 Hello.
I bought the game Project Cars 3 on PS4 few days ago withall dlcs in anticipation of the game being withdrawn from sale.
But the problem is that it is impossible to play online. When connecting, an error appears: Unable to connect to the server.
This problem is not unique to me, it is widespread. This problem is dedicated to a topic on the panprofiles forum.

I play several online games and there are no connection problems anywhere (GTA 5, CoD, Battlefield, Forza Horizon...). I have no problems with the Internet. The problem is with the game servers for Project Cars 3 for PS4.

I wrote a ticket to Bandai Namco support, but they advised me to contact you at EA. They said that the game servers are located at your place. At the same time, judging by the feedback from players, the online works on Xbox and PC. The connection problem is only on PS4. Please help solve this problem. Thousands of people are waiting for its solution. Since the servers will be closed forever in February 2026, but it is already impossible to play online today.

    Hi there. I'm sorry to say, the Project Cars servers have been sunset. An online connection is no longer possible.

    Edit: Actually, I'm looking into this. While the Project Cars servers are offline, the Project Cars servers look like they're supposed to still be up. I'll update when I have some news.

    Servers should be up and running until February 2026. There are no connection issues on Xbox and PC. The problem is only on PS4.

    I have also been waiting months for the servers to work on PlayStation again. I've contacted Bandai several times to no avail.

    Same problem here, can't access the multiplayer while I'm able to play online on other games.

    I also run into this issue since early april this year. Nobody on Playstation earned online trophies after april 3rd 2025. Hopefully after ~5 months the problem will be fixed.

    The servers are working already! I was able to drive several online races! And I have already received two online trophies!
    Many thanks to those who restored the servers!!!

    I hope everything will work without problems now. People, check it yourself and confirm that online works now.
