If you bought Spore on Steam and you are unable to use online features, please reach out to our support team on our website so we can look into this for you. Please also prepare your proof of purchase beforehand to help the team confirm your order. The response time can take a couple of hours or even days.

    I would love to contact the support team but the chat prompt does not appear on any closely relevant topics I choose. I have a case opened on the topic, so I was able to find it before. I have a screenshot of my Steam receipt there. I didn't get any answers yet, do I just wait?
