please jump into this topic, there we have many solutions.
The best way, uninstall Spore again and then the hidden files, if any are under Preferences!
Afterwards delete the system cache on Mac and install the game again
Please press ⇧⌘ G at the same time, a new window pops up
Typing
~/Library/Caches
again, a window opens
Mark everything there
with ⌘ A
Delete with ⌘ ←
