The best way, uninstall Spore again and then the hidden files, if any are under Preferences!Afterwards delete the system cache on Mac and install the game again
Please press ⇧⌘ G at the same time, a new window pops up
Typing
~/Library/Caches
again, a window opens
Mark everything there
with ⌘ A
Delete with ⌘ ←
