@ironside31 Hi, please click the game panel for Spore on Origin, then check the Extra Content tab.
In here you should find the Creepy & Cute pack, and you can start the download from here.
Thank you. - that's is what ive been clicking. it does nothing. I have no way to tell if it already loaded. I am guessing it isn't as the download button is green and does not say installed or anything

I see, thanks for clarifying. Can you try clearing Origin's cache and see if that changes anything?
- Completely log out and close down Origin
- Hold down the Windows key and R
- Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
- Now open the Origin folder.
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
- Hold down the Windows key and R
- Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
- This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
- Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
- Open the Local folder here
- Delete the Origin folder listed here
- Restart your PC and log back into Origin
You guys need to fix this and stop telling people to do useless troubleshooting steps because I've been at this or waiting for tech support for over 8 hours today to get one minor content pack to work again. EA's digital storefront is a joke. I'm STILL waiting.
- @EA_David That actually worked! All the DLC seem too work seamlessly together for me at least, thanks, I appreciate it!
