It depends on where you install the game from, and possibly also when you installed it.
The disk version definitely has SecuROM. The Origin version had it as well prior to Patch 7 (released March 2017), though I don't know if it still does. I'm pretty sure the Steam version does not have SecuROM, and can say for sure that the GOG version is DRM-free, so no SecuROM for the GOG version either.
