Registration code already used

I purchased spore in a pawn shop in vegas and the registration key that came on the back of the game's instruction book can not be verified probably because its already been used with someone elses email id like to have the registration key that i have reset or be given a way to use a new one with the game i have. Please respend asap id like to advance my gameplay.
