Registration not working

I bought and downloaded spore on the EA store thing and I tried to make/register an account but every time I put in my account details, it says, "an unknown error occurred during registration" and I know that the details are correct because I can log into my EA account just fine. can anyone help me?

    I am also having the exact same problem, again, i know my details are correct but its doing the exact same for you as it is me.

    Yes, this has been a problem for a long time. I wrote to tech support many times, but they don't care. They do not care. We just have to tell EA how much we love them.

    @Twiztidtex I waited two months for a solution to this problem, but never got it. And as I understand it, the only option is to buy a separate Spore™ Creature Lab on a PC and then it seems like it will be possible to register an account - but this is not accurate. But to be honest, I don't want to buy anything.
