Repetitive tutorial loop

Perpetual loop is occurring where I cannot complete the ship/crew Tutorial keeps looping. It starts at the home screen of the game and will not allow any other buttons to be pressed. Attached are the images of the loop. The loop started upon reaching account level 27. It seems that I may have needed to complete a quest to recieve the shards for mace windu but was not able to claim the quest reward before the tutorial loop started. 

I am unable to get my ally code from the game. It won't allow me to enter the game setting. To retrieve ally code.
