SimCity "not support the currently selected language" error

I have seen a few posts on this, but no solution. I have just bought SimCity (2013) through the EA App (Windows) and installed it.  When I try to start it I get an error saying "The product code you...

Now seems to be sorted - I turned off anti-virus and rebooted, then turned it back on and rebooted again which seemed to allow it to start
