can we try a few additional steps, then check if the game continues crashing?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
Have tried these steps.
Funnily enough, the system file checker tool fixed some things but unfortunately, the issue is the same.

Running a clean boot with only Windows essential services and EA background service running the crash is the same.
If it helps I do believe I have played on this EA play account on Super mega baseball 4 PS5. Not sure if for some reason this is causing an issue and may be the case for others having this issue.
