1. Click the following link:

2. Make sure you are logged in with your Origin ID
3. Choose your country (take a look right side upper navigation groin)
4. Press the orange button below right side "Contact us"
5. Follow the steps
If you have connection/login issues after the start with your game, try this trick
- Start the game a window pop up, it asks you for your login id
- Say I want to play OFFLINE
- Go back to the main menu in Spore. Take a look below navigation bar and say signup
- Type your your access id and go online, it works without problems
