Spore and Spore Creature Creator

 Hi,  I have a really simple question.  I purchased the Spore Ultimate Digital Collection.  Which comes with a combination of Spore, Spore Creepy and Cute parts Pack, and Spore Galactic Adventures. So I was thinking about purchasing the Spore Creature Creator.  My question is this,  What is the difference between Spore Creature Creator and the Package I bought?  Would I have more options to choose from if I also bought the Spore Creature Creator?
