Spore: application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware

The game keeps crashing, but this time it doesnt say its the graphics hardware, for some reason this only happens in specific planets.
I tried clearing the cache and expading even more the cache (In game), but it doesnt work.

Edit: Now it say its still the graphics cache, and most planets have this problem.
