Spore: BAD_DATA glitch

Yo, this is coming from a child who would do EVERYTHING for spore. Yes I do have Spore but there's this glitch that instead of generating a name for Creature like: Bonjibi, Cell: Bnork, Tribal: Tieko, Civ: Yellow nation and Space stage: Gookog it just generates BAD_DATA, can you fix it for me, how can I fix this problem,
