Are you sure you provided the correct proof of purchase information? You can find all the evidence you will need here.
The Steam version of SPORE no longer shows product keys, this is not required; But it would be useful to tell the EA representative through live chat that this is unavailable.

I did create a case yesterday,i explained what my problem is,i shortly then got an email of what i need to show,even screenshot the receipt of my purchase and now im waiting,i bought it from Steam the pack but i cannot share ANY creature that uses the Creepy and Cute pack,it doesnt show at all when i upload it from the game
Also my screen isnt big enough to screenshot the whole receipt together with showing the browser and URL- 11 months ago
And the case just got marked as "Resolved"
No its not,this is the worst support ive ever encountered,what the hell happened to live chat,what the hell happened to actual humans
I simply want the Spore DLC i bought from Steam to be marked as had on my EA App too,i paid 19.99 euro for this,10euro more expensive than the one offered on the EA App
