No, I don't have a download for you.
We have a thread there are some solutions, if it really fix the problem, I can't promise you.
Spore is an older game and isn't optimized for the newer Mac operating systems

As I wrote already, it will be hard to get this game and running on Mac. You need to contact a game advisor, maybe they have an idea. 😉
