spore galactic adventires failed to start on Windows 10 x64 (rus)

I have installed standard SPORE (from Origin). It works more less fine (have some crashes on latest stage).

Today I bought additional: SPORE Galactic Adventures and it failed to start with different settings (I tried to start with compatability on Win Xp, Admin rights...)

Hm, I found that original Spore marked as not downloaded... so I have to download them again...

So it's strange behavior from Origin...

After downloading original game, Galactic adventures successfully run...

Firstly, I do not work for EA. I was actually looking for answers to my game too and came across your post. I have Spore: Galactic Edition ( a little different than yours) installed on my Windows 10 x64 laptop. It worked just fine until I hit the space stage. Now I get crashes a lot of the time when transitioning to and from a planet or solar system. I have tried several different methods to find an answer. I don't think there is one. I saw some posts from a couple of people from seven years ago that were never answered by EA. I don't know if they just don't care, don't have the time to deal with a legacy game patch or what, but the whole process has almost got me not playing EA games anymore. They make all this hype about how they support their players but when push comes to shove, they just aren't there.

The only thing I can think of is that your old version of Spore and this one might be competing for resources or sharing *.dll files. I would try uninstalling all versions then reinstall the the new one. So, I wish you luck, but I don't think you will find any other answers.
