If you bought a game via the EA app, it's just immediately linked to your EA account. You don't get a poduct key out of it, you just get the game.

Then what about the several cases about Spore Creepy and Cute Pack that ended up nowhere,its been a week,i got the steam purchase receipt with the transcation id and all that jazz

We're not able to look into cases here on the forums, but what problem are you having with the Creepy & Cute pack exactly?Since that debacle with the EA Play codes being redeemed on Steam for practicaly free,the CD-key on Steam are no longer available to get.
Making me unable to redeem it on my EA account.
